Uganda Cup | Result:
Football Classroom 3-1 Calvary
Non-league outfit Football Classroom produced a sensational upset after eliminating Uganda Premier League side Calvary with a convincing 3-1 victory to seal a place in the Stanbic Uganda Cup Round of 32.
The historic encounter was played on Monday at Hamz Stadium, Nakivubo, where Football Classroom delivered a spirited performance to humble the top-flight visitors and write a new chapter in their growing story.
The match started with intensity as Football Classroom pushed forward with purpose.
Habib Oloya appeared to have been brought down in the penalty area early on, but the referee waved play on, judging the contact to be insufficient for a spot-kick.
Against the run of play, Calvary struck first. Ibrahim Dada gave the Yumbe-based side the lead with a composed finish, beating Football Classroom goalkeeper Dennis Mugerwa, who was caught off his line.
However, the hosts refused to fold. With five minutes left before halftime, Steven Yiga was fouled in the box and the referee pointed to the spot. Oloya made no mistake, calmly converting the penalty and sending the goalkeeper the wrong way to restore parity.

Football Classroom returned for the second half with renewed hunger and took control of the contest almost immediately.
Four minutes after the restart, Moses Sseruyide produced a moment of brilliance, curling in a stunning free-kick to put the hosts ahead.
Calvary’s troubles deepened three minutes before the hour mark when Steven Yiga capped off an impressive display with a low, well-struck effort to make it 3-1, sending the home fans into celebration.
Despite a late push from Calvary, Football Classroom remained disciplined at the back, defending with grit and composure to see out a famous victory.
The result means Football Classroom advance to the Round of 32, while Calvary exit the competition in shocking fashion.
