FUFA Big League side Solitilo Bright Stars FC have strengthened their squad with the acquisition of attacking midfielder Luwalo Kipper on a two-year employment contract ahead of the second round of the season.
Kipper had been without a club since parting company with Arua Hill SC midway through last campaign, but now returns to action with an opportunity to reignite his career.

The technically gifted midfielder first made headlines during his time at Laibi College in Gulu. In 2014, he starred at the Copa Coca-Cola Secondary Schools’ Championship, walking away with the Most Valuable Player accolade after a string of eye-catching performances.
His exploits earned him a call-up to Uganda’s U-17 national team that same year, working under coaches Matia Lule and Onen Peter, a clear testament to his promise at a tender age.
Kipper’s academic football journey took him through Masaka Secondary School, St. Mary’s Kitende and later Buddo Secondary School, where he completed his Senior Six studies while continuing to sharpen his craft.
At club level, he has featured for Sinergy FC in Masaka, Kitara FC, Ndejje University in the FUFA Big League, and Arua Hill SC. His experience across different competitive environments is expected to add depth, creativity and maturity to the Bright Stars midfield department.
Currently fifth on the FUFA Big League table with 22 points after the first round, Solitilo Bright Stars resume their campaign with a trip to Bugolobi Coffee Grounds to face CATDA FC on Saturday, February 21.
