It was immense happiness for the expectant mothers and health workers at Paidha Health Centre III after ForteBet donated hundreds of mama kits.
The kits were handed over by ForteBet brand ambassador, Alex Muhangi, together with the media manager, John Nanyumba to Patricia Ayiomungu, a midwife at the facility.
In his speech, Muhangi said that, “We know that having a successful baby delivery involves a lot of preparation like having all what is required in the labour ward. This is the very reason we have come with these kits. We do not want to hear of any loss of a mother and or baby during birth.”
Muhangi and team then handed over the kits to every expectant mother that was found at the hospital while the remaining kits were left with the hospital for mothers who were absent.
Ayiomungu said that ForteBet has given them a very big boost because many mothers fail to raise money for buying these kits.
