FUFA Big League outfit Kiyinda Boys FC have confirmed the appointment of Emmy Kisakye as their new tactician, marking the beginning of a fresh chapter for the struggling side.
Kisakye steps into the role to replace James Cemari, who was shown the exit door after the club endured a disappointing start to the season.
Before earning this opportunity, Kisakye served as a fitness coach at Express FC, working under head coach Kaddu Badru Mukasa.
His coaching journey also boasts stints at Edgars Youth Programme, Bugisu United, Mbale Garage FC, Uganda Martyrs Lubaga, Kajjansi United, KJT, Ssingo Ssaza, and Theresa FC, among several others, experiences that have shaped him into a seasoned and versatile trainer.

Joining him in the dugout will be former KCCA and Express defender Ayub Kizza, who has been acting as interim head coach. Kizza now transitions into the role of first assistant coach, bringing defensive insight and leadership to the technical team.
Micky Ssembatya and Grace Bukenya complete the bench as second and third assistant coaches, respectively.
Kisakye’s debut test comes swiftly, as Kiyinda Boys host Iganga United on Sunday, 23rd November, at Bertham City Stadium in Kiwenda.
With the team languishing at the bottom of the Big League table on five points from seven outings, the new manager faces the urgent task of sparking a turnaround.
