The Uganda Premier League (UPL) has issued a fresh schedule for the postponed fixture between Express FC and Calvary FC, following disruptions caused by stadium upgrades at Nakivubo.
Initially slated for Wednesday, December 3rd, the encounter was pushed back after Express FC notified league authorities that Hamz Stadium was temporarily unavailable due to ongoing improvement works.
In an official communication released on Tuesday, the UPL confirmed that the match will now be staged on Thursday, December 4th, at the same venue.

“The matchday nine fixture between Express and Calvary has been rescheduled and will not appear on the broadcast roster,” the league statement indicated. The directive also instructs match officials to enforce a mandatory water break during the contest.
On the pitch, Express FC enters the tie positioned 12th on the table with nine points from eight matches, while Calvary FC, still searching for their first win of the season—occupies the bottom spot with a single point from seven outings.
