The tournament runs from 26–30 November at the Emirates Arena, and the squad was confirmed at a Friday afternoon announcement held at the Uganda Olympic Committee offices in Lugogo.

Newly appointed captain Racheal Nanyonga, one of Uganda’s most dependable shooters, said the team is mentally and physically prepared for the challenge.
